Once the squall passed the wind became manageable so I rigged up and headed for a favorite hole. Tied on an Olive RSII and dropped a brown KF Emerger off of the bend, both #20. The third drift found a nice rainbow and I set the hook. A few minutes later it was time for a photo.
Looks like you made it a few days later than me and it was still a bit windy there, glad you got into some fish!
ReplyDeleteIt wasn't too bad between squalls, but those were blowing horizontal snow.
ReplyDeleteAt least I didn't see any semi's on their sides. I read your post. This has been a windy spring. I just want it to stop long enough to throw some dries.
